Liz’s article The Challenge and Charm of the Short Story, which was published on the website in October 2022, reflects on the key elements of the genre, its strengths and challenges,  and aspects of the dynamic which make the greatest impact on the reader.

This article, The Long and Winding Road of Independent Publishing was featured in Books Ireland in February, 2021. It discusses the journey of Turas Press as a vehicle for self-publishing, to publishing the work of other writers, as well as some of the pitfalls encountered along the way, and some strategies for navigating them.

The Goethe Institut, Dublin, has partnered with community radio station Near FM to create Hiberno Goethe, a radio magazine programme exploring artistic and cultural connections between Germany and Ireland. The vibrant Eat the Storms weekly poetry podcast, produced and hosted by Damien Donnelly, featured Liz as one of six poets reading from their work in August, 2022.
